She did not remove her eyes from the ground as she spoke “Well, no one deserves anything its just the way fate is…….. fate is sometimes to change.” Slightly her ears perked as she hared Shinko speak more, his words held truthfulness in them but in a way a new question arose to her mind well more like two. Not wanting to react in any negitive or pausitive way to his touch ,Rina just lifted her head up and asked “ For one how would you bring a stop to the so called “injustice” in this world? Also how could you make a promise such as the one you just made to me Shinko-kun?” Her eyes where not giving of any emotion what so ever, and nor did her body so trying to guess what was going threw this woman’s head would be hard.

"It is a hard task to do but I wont be doing it alone. When Im not taking breaks like this I tend to be working. The 2nd Division is also the Omitsukido thus I tend to know everything happening in the Soul Society. I can try my hardest to predict when trouble occurs and I'll try to prevent it. If I cant I will try and stop it as well as apprehend those responsible as soon as possible.", Shinko said as he tried to analze her. He couldnt read her since she was being stoic so intend he said, "As for how could I make a promise to you...Its because I swore to do the best I could for the Soul Society..and also because you are my friend and now that I know about you...I will do what I can so you dont have to live through what you went through again", he said still holding her hand.

Ashort figure appeared in the distance, both his hands remain in his pocket as he has a lollipop in his mouth. He had short black and white hair and eyes as the same colour as the sky. His presence was calm as he kept on walking at a steady pace. He then looked at the corner of his eye and saw two figures in the distance. He then stop in his track as he saw the Captain of the 2nd Division. "Oiiiiiiii Tachio Hantaisha-san, its been a while since i've seen you, sorry to bother you on such short notice but i was bored and decided to take a little walk."shouted Goken as he raised his hand revealing his blue tattoo that he had around his hands. He was just passing through as he saw a familiar face but it looked like someone beat him to it. It would seem that Shinko had a female companion with him. "i wonder who is this special lady i guess i'll have to come closer to take a better look at her."said Goken as he was thinking to himself. He then placed his hands back into his pocket as he walked closer towards them.

As Rina listened to Shinko speak she keep her emotionless out look, but on the inside she was some what impressed by his touching speech… but not enough to admit to it. Slowly she pulled her hand away from him and rubbed the back of her neck carefully, closing her eyes she let out a soft sigh her life was a very eventful one and she had a feeling it was only going to get even crazier now that she was captain, after all Rina was not the calmest person in the world. Slowly she tilted her head to the side and said in a rather sensible voice “well it seems you have a lot resting on your shoulders Shinko-kun… And if there is any way I could be of assistance just say the word and I will see what I can do, after all what are friends for.” The word friend seemed to roll of Rinas tough almost as if it was not one she had used before.

As Rina sat there she felt something shoot through out her body making the hair on her neck stand on end, someone was coming. Slowly Rina turned her head to look at the on comer… She had never seen this person before and she was somewhat nerves. Just because one person was showing her kindness did not mean that every one would, in fact in her mind very few people have the virtue of kindness bestowed upon them. Slowly she stood up and him her back to Shinko, nothing was giving away the fear that was lurking with in her. “Hello, is there something we can help you with.” Asked Rina, her voice was smooth and calm for the time being.

As Rina pulled her hand back Shinko withdrew it and took his cup and sipped some tea. "While it is a tough task Im sure I wouldnt have to do it alone. The entire Gotei 13 serves that purpose meaning I have the other captains and members to help me", he said when he noticed that Rina called him a friend. He heard the way she said it, but she still said it and his eyes slightly widened. "Wow you called me friend", he said with a smile when he sensed a familar presense.

*Speaking of friends...*, he thought when he saw Goken. Shinko didnt shout back to the man in respect to Rina, he just simply lifted his hand to show he heard him and then nodded with a smile. Shinko stood when Rina did and then walked between the two. "Hi Goken, it has been awhile. Rina, this is Goken, Captain of the 5th Division and Goken this is Rina, Captain of the 8th Division", he said, introducing the two.
