For each race there can only be 4 people that are able speed and strength demons. What this means is that it will be divided between 4 people.
2 Speed Demons & 2 Strength Demons
The reason behind this is that most everyone will either be a Strength or Speed Demon. And I foresee God modding and complaints in the future. And so we decided to limit it.
