For each technique that you learn outside of your initial Application. You will need to spend some Rp time, training to obtain them.

Shikai Techniques: 12 Paragraphs
Bankai Techniques: 20 Paragraphs

Kidou: 1-10: 7 paragraphs
Kidou: 10-30: 11 paragraphs
Kidou: 30-50: 16 paragraphs
Kidou: 60-80: 20 paragraphs
